Orders can be place online or by telephone.

Payment
MediSystem Incorporated accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. If you prefer paying by cashier's check or money order, please order using our toll free number. A customer service representative will take your order and give you payment instructions. Cashier's check or money orders will need to clear our bank before the order will be shipped.

Shipping
MediSystem uses UPS- United Parcel Service, for shipping. Shipping timeframes will vary according to destination and speed of delivery service option selected when ordering. Unless otherwise indicated, orders are shipped out on the same or next business day upon receipt of complete ordering information. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Credit Card Guarantee
Because MediSystem accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards, we understand your concerns about credit card security related to online purchases. To address these concerns we back every online purchase with our straightforward Credit Card Guarantee:

"If unauthorized charges appear on your statement as a direct result of providing your credit card information on our secure server, through no fault of your own, we will cover the amount for which your credit card provider or issuing bank holds you liable for up to the maximum limit of $50.00".

Important- The Fair Credit Billing Act states that your credit card provider or issuing bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. We will cover you up to the maximum liability in the event that your credit card provider or issuing bank does not. If unauthorized charges do appear, notify your credit card provider or issuing bank immediately as per your reporting agreement.

Secure Online Shopping
MediSystem is committed to online security. We make every effort to ensure that all of your ordering information is protected while you are on our storefront. This storefront operates on a secured server provider and all online orders are processed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption software. SSL encryption software takes the information that you provide while ordering online and electronically scrambles it, enabling it to be safely and securely transferred to our server over the internet.

MediSystem allows returns on ALL products. For a return authorization (RMA) contact our Accounting Department Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM PST. They can be reached at 877.327.7883.

Returns must be shipped to MediSystem within 7 days of the order being delivered to the customer. Note - The returned order does not have to be received by MediSystem within 7 days, it has to be shipped within 7 days of the customer receiving the order.

Once we receive the returned order we will issue a credit memo to the cardholder, refunding the account in full less a 25% restocking charge. A hard copy of the credit memo will then be mailed to the "Bill To" addressee from the original order.

Important- "Return to Sender Packages or Refused Packages" will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
